At Joma Bakery Café, we take pride in serving freshly made food, beverages, and bakery items with care and quality. Because most of our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been prepared or delivered.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is any issue with your order — such as missing items, incorrect products, or quality concerns — please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review each case individually and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in the form of store credit or the original payment method.
