Registering a Parent Account

Step 1: Download the Heo Vàng app from the App Store (iPhone) or CH Play (Android).

Step 2: Select Language (Vietnamese/English).

Step 3: Choose "Register" (if you don’t have an account) or "Login" (if you already have an account). (The Heo Vàng Wallet account for Café services also uses this app.)
Step 4: Enter the required information if registering for a new account.

Step 5: After registration, log in to the app.

Step 2: Link your child to your parent's account on Heo Vang App

Linking a Parent Account to a Student Wallet

Once you have created Parent's Account, please follow this step to link your child to your parent's account:
Fill out your information and your child's information on the website form.
Provide your phone number used for logging into the Heo Vàng app and your child’s information (name, ID, class). If you have multiple child you wish to link to your account, please use ( / ) to separate each person. Please refer to the picture below for reference.

Step 3: Wait after 24 hours for the account to be linked

Accepted Answer

Our IT team will link your child’s account within 24 hours.
Once it’s ready, you’ll be able to:

• Check their balance
 • Top up anytime
 • See what they’ve purchased
 • Stay updated with canteen notices

💡 If your child’s account hasn’t appeared after 24 hours, please contact us at support@joma.biz and we’ll be happy to assist.
