Mondays Are the Worst

September 4, 2016

How do you get up in the morning? Some people wake up already behind schedule. Others have been awake before the crack of dawn and by 8am they have already got in their workout for the day, finished their laundry, made a good hearty breakfast, and have just enough time to water their plants. Nothing against people like that, but if you are like me, I like to sleep as long as time would allow me and breakfast is a granola bar that is grabbed on the way out.

Many of you however, want to wake up and start your day with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Mmmmm now that sounds like a wonderful way to start a Monday morning! But let's imagine for a moment that the freshly brewed pot of coffee is somehow distorted. The taste is not quite right and no amount of sugar or creamer can fix it. Then, instead of waking up feeling great to start the week, now you feel like the ONE thing in your life that was supposed to go right has suddenly gone wrong. Not a great start at all . . . especially to a Monday morning.

At Joma, we want to avoid that, for your sake and ours! We want to make sure that when you, our customer, walks in at 7am, you start the day right. We pay close attention to our 100% Lao Arabica coffee beans by finding a good, organic, and reliable source to supply your energy for the day. Twice a week, our local roast-masters use their precision training to roast our single-origin beans for the perfect, fresh espresso. We then train our baristas to prepare your coffee to perfection and and serve it just the way you like it.

Our goal every single day is to have you walk out the door feeling satisfied not only with your coffee but with your Monday morning. Wouldn’t that be the perfect way to start your morning? I think so.
